Ingredients:

3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp active dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 cups warm water (110°F/45°C)
1/4 cup olive oil (plus extra for drizzling)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp sea salt (for topping)

Directions:

In a small bowl, dissolve sugar in warm water and sprinkle yeast over the top.
Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until bubbly.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
Add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
Stir until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise for 1–1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Punch down the dough and transfer it to a greased baking sheet.
Press the dough out into a rectangle or circle.
Use your fingers to create dimples in the dough.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle rosemary, minced garlic, and sea salt over the top.
Let the dough rest for 20 minutes to rise slightly. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice into pieces.
