This rich and creamy fettuccine topped with tender steak is the ultimate comfort food for a special dinner!
Ingredients:
1 lb flank steak or your preferred cut of beef ![]()
8 oz fettuccine pasta ![]()
1 cup heavy cream ![]()
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese ![]()
2 tbsp butter ![]()
1 tbsp olive oil ![]()
1 tsp garlic, minced ![]()

Instructions:
Cook the pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the steak:
Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat a grill or grill pan with olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium, or longer for your desired doneness. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
Prepare the sauce:
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Once simmering, add the parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine: Add the cooked fettuccine pasta into the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Serve: Plate the creamy fettuccine and top with sliced steak. Garnish with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of parmesan.
